⚠️ Important Notice About Package Travel
Enzo Tours Limited operates as a disclosed booking agent. We are not a tour operator and do not fall under UK Package Travel Regulations 2018. Your contract is directly with the tour supplier, Selinti Turizm (TÜRSAB License No: A-9937).
1. Overview
EnzoTours Limited ("EnzoTours", "we", "us", "our") operates the EnzoTours mobile application and website. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing and using EnzoTours, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Our Status as a Disclosed Booking Agent
Enzo Tours Limited ("we", "us", "our") acts strictly as a disclosed booking agent for Selinti Turizm (TÜRSAB License No: A-9937), hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier."
⚠️ Important Legal Notice
When you book a tour through our platform, your legal contract for the travel service is made directly between you (the "Customer") and the Supplier. Enzo Tours Limited is not a tour organiser, operator, or provider of travel services. As we act solely as a booking intermediary, we do not fall under the UK Package Travel Regulations 2018 and do not hold a PTS or ATOL license.
All prices are set by the Supplier. Any payments collected by Enzo Tours Limited are taken strictly on behalf of the Supplier. We may receive a commission from the Supplier for facilitating this introduction.

Full Refund Policy: Customers may cancel their tour booking and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
Non-Refundable Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable. However, customers may be entitled to a 50% refund of the total booking amount, to be determined at EnzoTours' discretion based on the circumstances.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. For questions about your specific cancellation, contact us at info@enzotours.co.uk.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. We do not charge any hidden fees—the price displayed at checkout is the final amount you will pay.

Liability & Risk Waiver
Assumption of Risk: Tour activities may involve physical exertion, outdoor conditions, and inherent risks. By booking and participating in any EnzoTours activity, you acknowledge that you are aware of and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the tour.
Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless EnzoTours Limited, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:
- Injury or death during a tour activity
- Damage to or loss of personal property
- Accidents, incidents, or emergencies during a tour
- Acts of God or force majeure events
- Negligence or misconduct of tour participants
This waiver does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct by EnzoTours or its representatives.
3. The Contract
A binding contract for the tour is formed only when the Supplier (Selinti Turizm) accepts your booking and issues a confirmation. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by the Supplier's own terms of service and local operating procedures in Turkey.
4. Liability Disclaimer
As a booking agent, Enzo Tours Limited accepts no responsibility or liability for the actual performance or safety of the tour. Any claims for personal injury, illness, dissatisfaction, or service failure must be directed to Selinti Turizm as the licensed operator under Turkish Law No. 1618.
We are not liable for:
- Changes, delays, or cancellations made by the Supplier
- The acts, errors, or omissions of the Supplier's drivers, guides, or subcontractors
- Any loss or damage to personal property during the tour
5. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations and amendments are subject to the specific policies of Selinti Turizm. Requests for cancellations must be submitted to us in writing so we can coordinate with the Supplier. Any refunds are subject to the Supplier's approval and their specific processing timelines.
6. Travel Insurance
It is a mandatory condition of booking that you hold valid travel insurance. While Selinti Turizm maintains local liability insurance as required by TÜRSAB, this is not a substitute for comprehensive personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies or trip cancellations.
7. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These agency terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes regarding the actual provision of the tour services are subject to the laws and jurisdiction of Turkey.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and booking tours
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the app for any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes
- Respect the rights of other users and EnzoTours staff
- Follow safety instructions provided by tour guides and service providers
- Ensure you are physically and mentally capable of participating in booked activities
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the app or service
- Engage in any form of hacking or attempting to disrupt app functionality
- Post abusive, defamatory, or offensive content
- Use the app to harass or threaten other users or staff
- Engage in unauthorized resale of bookings
- Upload malware or harmful code
10. Intellectual Property
All content, images, text, design, and functionality on the EnzoTours platform are the intellectual property of EnzoTours Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnzoTours and its representatives shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Service interruptions or unavailability
- Errors or omissions in tour information
In no event shall EnzoTours' total liability exceed the amount you paid for the tour in question.
12. Third-Party Services
EnzoTours partners with local tour operators, hotels, and transportation providers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for:
- Quality, safety, or conduct of third-party services
- Cancellations or changes made by service providers
- Accidents or injuries caused by third-party operators
13. Force Majeure
EnzoTours is not liable for tour cancellations or modifications resulting from acts of God (natural disasters, extreme weather), pandemics, government actions, or other unforeseeable events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule your tour or provide a refund.
14. Modifications to Terms
EnzoTours reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of EnzoTours shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
