I incorrectly booked the wrong date and tried to cancel it immediately. It does state free cancellations. I sent several messages and emails directly to the links provided and got no response from any of them. I sent messages on their Facebook page. Was promised a callback but again nothing. I come to Turkey twice yearly and I've used other excursion providers and always had 10/10 service.
